SHVY pronounced "Chevy" like the truck has been performing and playing music since a very young age. SHVY's musical journey started when he was just 6 years old learning to play the guitar from his grandfather. This early love of music also lead to him exploring other instruments as a teenager including the drums. He soon directed his passion for music in the hip-hop space combining his love of classic soul and R&B blended into a modern hip-hop format. SHVY released several mixtapes as well as an independent album titled Trunk Full of Dreams which became highly acclaimed within the underground scene of Atlanta. After finishing college, SHVY became a full-time musician traveling with a live band all across the world. Traveling and performing consistently for over a decade in every city imaginable is how the legend of SHVY "everywhere" was born.

During this time on the road, is when SHVY decided to take on 2 new instruments the piano and dj turntables! After buying his first set of dj controllers he dove head first into this new form of musical expression. "I loved everything about it (DJing). It was like I was a kid again falling in love with music all over." At this point SHVY decided to direct all of his attention to DJing and music production. Since then, SHVY has had songs he produced in dozens of movies and tv shows including Dallas Austin's pop culture classic ATL. All of these accomplishments led to SHVY signing his first recording deal in 2017 with Empire records. He then went on to release in 2018 his first official single, the self proclaimed homecoming anthem, called Do The Drummer.

Now, SHVY continues to perform and entertain crowds all over the US and internationally as well. Everywhere! No location is too far away for SHVY to get the party going.
